11 months old

11 months old! my oh my how time flies! and Jon tries to make time fly by faster by teaching my baby how to drive already. I thought I had 16 years before she learned but I guess she learned at 11 months.
Look at her concentrating on the road like a pro. We thought it was  funny that she wanted to honk the horn after Jon taught her what it did. She was not strong enough to push the horn so she would just hit the steering wheel till Jon pressed it for her.
Jocelyn was crying one day and we found her stuck under the table looking up. We forgot we put her binky on the table so she could not figure out how to get it. We thought it was funny so we just had to be the parents who pull out their camera first before we fix her dilemma.
Her new favorite thing to do is to help me with the dishes. I just need to teach her that clean dishes don't go on the floor and then she will be a real help.
just a cute video of how happy she is.
Her Grandma Rose taught her how to head bunt people. She loves doing it but as she is getting older she starts to bunt heads harder. I think we will have to retire this trick pretty soon. No one wants goose egg on their foreheads.
She loves loves loves eating cheese. But she gets it all over her and the floor when she eats it. Makes for a hard snack to clean up.

Jocelyn was in a goofy mood so we took goofy slefies together. It was fun.

Every time I smack my lips she tries to do the same thing. This is her attempt at snacking her lips. How she gets her bottom lip to do this I have no clue. She is so Talented!

So 4th of July we went to Prescott for a rodeo. When we stopped at a gas station to fill up we looked over and saw this beauty. I don't know how she was even running. Bullet holes everywhere, Tires looking like they are on their last tread, rust everywhere...How crazy
Jocelyn and her daddy dressed up for the 4th of july rodeo!
We thought she would enjoy seeing all the animals at the rodeo but she cared more about looking at all the people in the stands. At the end of the rodeo she decided she wanted to fall asleep using my stomach as her pillow. I guess it is a good thing I still have some stomach left over from being pregnant with her so I was nice and soft pillow.
I finally found all the parts of this toy my friend bought Jocelyn. She loves playing in it. I only wish we could have put it up sooner for her to enjoy. Why do you always seem to loose things when you are moving.
We went over to some friends house and I looked over at Jocelyn as we were talking and saw her sitting like this. I guess she was a little bored?
We seriously have the best dogs. Jocelyn loves them and they love her. They let her do anything with them and they are always so patient. Who could ask for anything more than dogs that are patient with your baby.

Learning learning learning Jocelyn is 10 months

I have been slacking on writing any new posts lately because my old computer is super slow and frustrating to do anything with. So I ordered a new computer and so a new computer= a new post! YAY!

Jocelyn has been doing a lot of things these last two months. Lets see if I can remember everything she has been doing...

Her aunt Amanda came to visit from Utah as well as her husband my grandparents and my aunt. Jocelyn had a lot of fun with Amanda. She grew 5 feet while they were there ; )
She learned how to pull herself up and stand with the help of furniture. The first time I saw her standing was when I walked into her room when she woke up in the morning. This is what I walked in to find. A happy standing baby.
She has also learned how to stick her hand into her snack container and shove a whole handful of snacks into her mouth. She eats just like her daddy. If your mouth is not full, then your bite was not big enough.
And since she has learned how to stand up this is all she does lately. Standing....
and pulling herself up to stand
Maybe the most silly thing she learned is how to make her hand make noise as she drags it across her books. She sat here and made this sound for 20 mins. She thought she was pretty smart. Don't you love how she smacks the book as hard as she does to make sure the sound will happen?
I actually learned here that Jocelyn thinks random things are funny like her aunt Tori saying bang. She also thinks the word bacon, piggy, and the phrase "Penny come here" are the funniest sayings. The thing she thinks is the funniest that we get a laugh at with no fail is letting her watch the Dogs jump up and then out of the truck.
She learned that Cheese is finger licking good!
And I learned that the dogs are all very patient with her as she pokes at their eyes, ears, and noses and also plays with their tags.
I guess she has a bad streak in her though because she ended up in baby jail at my parents house because she just doesn't learn that closing the baby gate will lock her out. I guess there are still some things she has to learn.
