Tessa's Blog: Amazing Semester

Whoa! Where did that semester go? I think this semester is the fastest semester that I have ever been through. I am happy it went so fast because that means I am one semester closer to start teaching like I have wanted to for a long time now. I just wanted to make a list and share with you all the fun times I have had with my room mates this semester and just everything I have done.

1) This semester I moved into my apartment and became friends with my 3 wonderful room mates Marcie, Iesha and Jessica. These girls were amazing and I am really sad that Marcie Is not going to be back next semester.

2) I got to have fun decorating my apartment with my room mates. :D

3) Went to Frye Mesa with Marcie and her friends that came up to visit. We slid down some natural rock slides and then it started raining freezing cold rain. We all froze but we got to eat some yummy Fajitas that night after we dried off.

4) We went to many many volley ball and foot ball games and supported our team!! Go EAC!!

5) Went inside a really old abandoned house. We call it the haunted house. It is really scary. We went inside it one night and watched some scary clips from you tube in a room where the walls were all beaten in. It was pretty freaky!!

6) Went on a gluten free diet for 2 weeks to figure out if I am allergic to gluten. Fortunately I don't have to stay on the diet because I am not allergic to it. :D You can tell that I really enjoyed being on the diet right?

7) Carved Pumpkins for an institute pumpkin carving contest. My group did not win. Oh well we had fun carving the pumpkin anyway.

8) Dressed up as a cave woman for Halloween and had a huge block party around the Goodman apartments. Our ceilings looked like they were going to cave in on us because of the people dancing upstairs. It was crazy! Marcie dressed up as a distressed girlfriend because she did not have anything else to dress up as. Jess was a fairy, Crystal was a bride, and I don't know what Iesha called herself.

9) Got a visit from my GREATEST friends from Gilbert. We went to red knolls that night and had fun hiking up the rocks in the dark. That morning we made breakfast together. Everything was yummy. Especially Ami's bacon.

10) Found myself a boyfriend.

11) Tied some quilts with Marcie

12) Me and Marcie went to the gas station and I paid for hot chocolate with only dimes and nickles because I am a poor college student who was craving hot chocolate.

13) Went to the mountains and brought snow back to my apartment and built a snow man in front of my apartment door.

14) Ate snow!

15) Went camping in the mountains when it was snowing. I thought I might freeze to death that night so I took a picture of me signing I love you to all my family and friends just in case I did die.
